satanicteddybear – Good questions…….I’ll be honest, I have no idea!!
I’d guess it would be possible – anything is possible if you work hard enough to develop the idea and have enough money to fund the research into making it happen!!
I’m guessing it wouldn’t be an easy task…..and there would be lots of risks involved, but it might be one step to stopping global warming!!
