• Question: Do you think robots will take over the world?

      Fingers crossed they won’t!!! Can’t imagine what life would be like if I was just surrounded by robots! They wouldn’t need to eat or sleep or exercise to stay healthy, they’d never ‘die’ and can have their parts replaced as and when they need to!! Eeeekkk!!! Scary thought!!

      I think one day we will completely rely on computers and robots to do things for us and operate everything around us, but I don’t think they will ever run our world! We would always design them to make sure they always did as we said, and we would also put something inside them which would turn them off they started to get out of control!

      At least I hope so! The american government now has thousands of robot aircraft and buggies roaming around the battle field. Most of them are just spy planes but some have weapons. They have even designed them so that they can recognise targets like tanks and shoot them! They still need permission from a human before they can fire though. Still pretty scary!
