Question: how does making a bridge come into cleaning up pollution?

I worked for British waterways which look after the canal network before I worked for the coal authority. It was a interesting job looking after the heritage structures such as locks and tunnels. I moved onto the coal authority to get some experience in larger (more cost) projects
