I really enjoyed my A levels (Art, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths) for different reasons. Maths and Physics helped me understand how the world works; from atoms to planets and stars; Chemistry was fun because of the experiments; and Art was fun because I love to paint and draw. Art A level was a really nice way of balancing out all the sciencey stuff I was doing so that I had a break!

I enjoyed graphics and product design! I made a lamp for my A Level product design project and it’s sitting pride of place in my parents living room at the minute! I also did Maths and Physics, that’s because I knew they’d help when I went to university. I also did ICT, looking back, it was probably not needed, but I knew I’d get good grades for it so I stuck it out!

My favourite subject was actually Biology weirdly enough! I just found it really interesting and found the exams easier than other subjects!

But I also liked physics and maths. It was my interest in aircraft coupled with my like of those two that made me become an engineer. I still enjoy watching nature programs and reading about biology in my spare time though more as a hobby.
