• Question: You said you were going to use the money to buy natural materials to make buildings, how do you think this would benefit us and the environment and what was your main reason behind this idea?

I’m gonna buy these materials to show people how robust they can be and to spread awareness of how they can be used in the UK. This benefits us and the environment as increased awareness is the starting point for increased use of these materials; cos if you don’t know about them, you’re not gonna want a building from them, right?

So hopefully by increasing awareness I am indirectly increasing usage, reducing the carbon emissions associated with construction in the UK, the amount of waste sent to landfill, and producing healthier homes, offices, etc. as many natural building materials are ‘breathable’ which means that buildings made from them they are less susceptible to mould.
